We dispatch orders within 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days depending on your pin code. You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS.
Delivery charges, if any, and the total you pay including taxes are always shown before you confirm your order.
Every order ships with at least 45 days, or 30% of the product's shelf life, remaining before the expiry date.

Because this is a food product, we can't accept returns of opened cans for a change of mind. We will always replace or refund an order that is:
Email cheers@heyelivo.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll give you a ticket number straight away.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. There is no charge for returning a faulty order.

You can cancel any order for free before it's dispatched, from your order confirmation email or by writing to cheers@heyelivo.com. If it has already shipped, refuse the delivery or contact us and we'll refund you in full once it comes back to us. We never charge cancellation fees.
